Elderflower syrup
Ingredients
- 20 elderflower head's separate petals from the green you only need the petals
- 1kg granulated sugar
- 3pts water
- 2g citric acid or 120ml (2/3 chopped lemons)
Instructions
- Dissolve the sugar in the water boiling in a pan
- put the result in a bowl allowing to cool add the petals and lemon
- leave for 4 days but stir daily
- strain and store after the 4 days.
