Sourdough Tortillas
Ingredients
- Starter Sourdough (active or inactive) 75grams
- 150g warm water
- 25g vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 300g flour
- half a teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
Mix the Starter, water, oil, salt, flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix into a dough ball, if the dough is sticky add flour if its very dry add water your want some where in the middle.
Leave for around 30 minutes then split into small golf ball sized spheres, then roll out as thin as you can or to the size of your frying pan.
Make sure the pan is hot and cook for about a minute on either side.
