Soak the raisins in the tea for 30 minutes (optional) 2. Mix the flour, cinnamon, salt, butter and sugar for 5 minutes or until fluffy and pale. 3. Mix in the egg, vanilla, oats and raisins by hand 4. Form the mixture into a long sausage wrapped in cling film and refrigerate until firm 5. preheat the oven to 170c cut the sausage into discs and bake for 15 minutes
